Looking to see if anyone has some molded floor mats they're not using anymore? Like Husky Liner or Weathertech.

The winter already has my floorboards full of snow, salt and mud in Upstate NY and my dinky cheap ones aren't enough to combat the mess. I missed a free set I had been trying to get to, literally being a day late (kicking myself so hard).

    Greatly appreciate your consideration!

I’ve got the Husky mats and really like them.

I also have the huskys and love them. Significantly cheaper than the WT and fit like a glove. Also IIRC the WT are not advertised to work with the 5spd. I really appreciate the large lip around the edge so you can easily "pick up and dump" without spilling anything. Most notably when my half gallon water bottle decided to blow open in the passenger footwell... wasn't a problem with the huskys, they are built like a shallow bathtub. Worth every penny.

Not selling, perhaps make a WTB post in the but sell trade 1st gen parts marketplace forum?

But if you buy, I recommend WeatherTech. I've had them for 7 years and they're so easy to clean. Great with mud and snow.

    I prefer Husky to WetherTech
I find the WT plasticy, slick, and kind of a poor fit (at least the ones I have seen)
Last year I got a deal on Husky Weatherbeaters, they fit perfectly and are not slick plastic feeling

    YMMV

Another for the Husky. They are molded perfectly and they work great when your heater core pops! Just found that out! I have had them in for 5 Oregon winters (we are out in the country) and I have zero complaints.

I see a lot of recommendations for Husky Weatherbeaters, but searching doesn't show that particular floor liner available anywhere (that I've found) for 1st gen Tacomas...anyone got a link?

In my other truck I use Husky Xact contour liners. They have a more pliable and less slippery feel compared the the WeatherTechs I've seen. Also, the WeatherTechs in my buddies truck curl up around the edges. I have heard WT offers another, possibly, better version (HP?), not sure what applications are available.

In my Tacoma I've had Nifty Catch-All carpeted liner/mats. Not quite the same coverage as the WT and Husky liners but still a good amount of protection, and they look good because of the carpet color match. After over a decade of use I did manage to wear a hole through and will be looking for something to replace them with. Apparently the Catch-All mat became a Lund product and I'm not sure if the version I have is even available anymore.

I see now that there are really no good options for the first gen w/manual trans.

For every vehicle I have had they are the best but IMO the exception is the 1st gen Taco. All my other cars? Amazing and worth every dime.
