I'm about to install a long tube header on my 2000 2.7 and had ordered a 90917-06057 to replace the gasket that goes between the header and the cat. Research shows that the 06057 should be the correct one. But the inside diameter on the gasket is 2.19" and the outside diameter on the collector of the header is 2.37". I can only assume that: (1) I told the dealer the wrong gasket number, (2) they sent me the wrong gasket or (3) the header is wrong. Header is a Nortwest Offroad. Anyone know what the correct dimension is?

If someone has a front pipe that can measure the dimension of the OD of the pipe (on the cat end). That would be helpful too. Thanks.

Does the 3.4 use the same size exhaust as the 2.7

Does not Northwest Offroad sell a gasket with the header ??

Not sure about the 3.4 using the same gasket.

NWOR didn't offer to sell the gasket. Tom from NWOR said to get a gasket from the dealer. I should have had the dealer check the number I gave them.

I called my dealer today and discovered that I had him order the gasket that is for the Cali emission. He is going to allow me to return the gasket(that I had him special order) and and he has the correct one in stock. :)

Me too. Lesson learned.... I may not always know more than the dealer. ;)
