    Hello everyone!

Replaced my door speakers and apperantly I did not set back the cable for the door handle. The electric lock does actuate back and forth....but the door won't open from the inside or the outside.

    Any ideas?

Take the door panel back off and fix it.

Bummertown. You're probably going to have to try and pull the door panel off again and get to the cable from the inside...

The door is shut. Thinking of taking off the seats so I can pry the panel open.

I left the cables attached to the handle. What I think happened is that it just popped off slightly.

Probably the only way...not sure if that will be enough room to pull all the clips but the best option.

Yeah pull the seats so you can get access to the panel. It will be PITA but it's doable

Nope...that panel won't come out as the edges are right against the door frame. Have to somehow open the door mechanically.

I did the same thing! I posted warnings in the different threads. I guess you missed them

If it's a back door your in luck.
Make sure you unscrew the retention screws in the door handle housing and arm rest, remove the retention pin, just like you were going to take the door off.
From inside the truck pull from the top of the panel straight out and down. It takes some force. It will pop off enough to reach your hand behind the panel and connect the cables.
If it's a front door I can't really help you. The fronts have little tabs that slide behind the top of the door, as you probably saw if you have removed a front door panel.
You really have no choice on this. When the cable is disconnected the door look remains in the look position.

Sorry about this... probably had a cable get loose when you were putting the door back together. I also didn't remove the cables... but I slid the whole inside handle off gently to keep it in tact. All else fails a locksmith could probably jimmy it open for you to more easily take it back apart. Just need to get in there and grab onto that cable and tug
