I bought a Scan Gauge 3 after speaking with the manufactuer I was told to stop by and speak with the engineer any day after lunch. I then drove 200 miles one way to speak with the engineer. Of course he/she was missing in action. I then ordered the scan gauge 3 on Amazon
since if it did not do what the girls at the front said it could do.
The website has a bunch of codes to uses when the scan gauge 3 does not find the code.

I am looking for oil pressure and manifold pressure ( manifold vacuum ). The gauge does a
scan for what it can find and has an option to add codes for what you are looking for. I could
not find the codes on their help site nor could the gauge find them. So as they recommended
I sent an email to obtain the codes. All I got back was a smart ass reply.

SO does anyone here know the 4 part codes for oil pressure and manifold pressure ( manifold vacuum ). Or will I have to return it.

FYI is you have a stick the cable turns right into you left foot operating the clutch. So
    beware.

    thanks in advance

@AmateurTaco1313 If I do will share with everyone, scan gauge doesn't seem too interested in their customers.
have tried looking at older post but everyone seems interested in trans temp which I found.

I don't think you will find manifold pressure, it's mass air flow system. Oil pressure as I recall is a low only switch.

Engine datalist from techstream on my 2020 V6, at idle. No oil pressure or intake manifold pressure. Good chance if techstream does not have it, scanguage will not either.

You drove 200 miles? Why not just talk to the engineer on the phone?

Anyway, the person above is correct. Just because the gauge supports the reading does not mean the vehicle has that data available. This would be true of all OBDII scanner type things - the ECU will not report data for a sensor or reading that does not exist in the vehicle.

There are posts on here of guys (with 2nd gen trucks) who tee into the oil switch fitting and plumb in a real pressure gauge into the cab (or an aftermarket electronic sending unit and custom gauge in the cab). If you really want the data that would be the only way

For some reason the engineer is afraid of phones or refuses to talk on the phone.
