The TAIL (parking) circuit doesn't have a removable relay like the 2nd Gen. If your dash switch illumination works (they are handled by same relay) and your towing tail also work, then you need to test the connector EB1 in the engine bay relay/fuse box.

Photos of all 3 connectors if you look in the T harness section at fbchs.square.site
You have front sidemarkers on w parking lights but no rear on either turn or brake? That’s unusual.

brake is the triangle one, pos 1 (blue wire) is brake and pos 3 (green) is parking light.

Rear turns are the non triangular “flat” 3 position connector, yellow is driver side and lt blue is passenger side. Parking light is solid green.

reverse is the two pos connector, red for positive.

all grounds are white w black stripe.

plate intercept has plate lights and BSM, plate is blue to green and ground is white w black stripe. BSM are the solid white and solid black. Four pos connector behind the bumper on driver side. Square-ish face.

Sorry it got confused. The front markers are out also. Along with the rear parking and the license plate.
This is incredibly helpful. I figured I'd be pulling up carpet to find the connections. Thank you so much!!

If all Parking lights do not work and the fuse is verified fine, then it might be the relay control, relay and/or Main Body ECU pcb board...:(

So somewhere someone had an answer to this, the final consensus was I burnt out the fuse block under the driver's seat. I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow and I can post a picture.

My wallet is recommending you don't make the mistake I did and use resistors.

You used resistors on your parking lamp circuit? Why?

I never thought of that till now. In hindsight I never had hyper flash. And apparently I had to have installed it on the parking light side and not the turn.
There was burbon involved, but that's no reason to not realize it till now.
