I’m going to install the fixed Natika camera to the front of my Tacoma with a Third party pro grill. I’m going to put it on the bottom of the “Toyota” centered beneath the “y” and the “o”. I was wondering what wedge, if any, most people install when they put it in. I’m waiting on the head unit, so I was going to try and run that while I wait, and it seems like it it’ll be a pain to unscrew the bolt just to check the different angles.

You don't need a wedge. You will have to drill the whole slightly off center though to avoid the plastic rib that is in the middle though. Here's how mine looked when I ran that grill.

Thats where I put my camera, never an issue with the TSS crap. I did use a hand grinder and hollowed out some of the area for a more centered look, I know I'm a little anal. Mine has been great in that location, looks factory installed and I have the unit that allows you to use the steering wheel controls. My front cam comes on when you put it in drive until you hit loke 10 mph kind of the same as when you reverse. I can also turn on the cameras front or rear while driving.
