For the people who have N-Fab steps,do you actually use them as steps or just for looks? I am thinking about getting a set but the step part looks really small so I don't know how useful they will be compared to the regular tube steps.

I had them and used them as steps. In my opinion one of the better looking step bars. If you don't need the added functionality of sliders, they are great.

image.jpg I use them as steps. They are a little smaller then some, but a cleaner look in my opinion.

I should add I got the 3" main tube version as they cover up the bit of frame you can see between the main tube and rocker panel better.

have a set on my T4R. they come in handy for a little extra reach and stability when securing items on the rack. My kids use the steps, but i find myself stepping over them. may be more useful when i lift it a little. also on a side note, the set i have are not symmetric. they mount up just fine and you cannot tell since they are on opposite sides of the vehicle. i ordered one set and returned it because of this.... then the replacement set had the same thing going on. i gave up and put them on anyway. they are nice looking and functional when you need them.

I have a pair and they are cheap on Amazon! But I don't use them when I get in my truck my thigh tends to hit the steering wheel, it's a weird way for me to get in if I used them. My girlfriend and all my friends uses them

+1 to all of this. I have them, use them, and like the look.

No issues like this here, though I've only had mine for a couple of months. I also Plasti-Dipped all the bolt heads following install.

I use mine. I had to get used to them at first, but I like them and they look good. A set of sliders are on the way though, so the nfabs going to be gone soon.

I've passed on a few 2" versions. I'm looking for the 3" for this reason.

I use mine, My Wife uses hers they work really well. My truck is a 2 wheel drive so I really do not need sliders. But the step bars do also protect from door dings. I have one of there front light bars too.

I totally love these. I have the 3" tube in stainless steel andIMG_0960.jpg
IMG_0961.jpg they really dress up the look but are very functional too. I'm 5' 10" and have a 3" lift so I use them every time I climb into the cab.

    No mods whatsoever!
I don't use the steps, but some passengers do. The OEM step bars were primarily to prevent door dings.Baywinds.jpg
