(Picture from earlier today when I dropped it off at Toyota for a pre-purchase inspection, to make sure Vroom wasn't pulling any fast ones on me).

My 2017 TRD Pro arrived in the mail today from Vroom and I'm amped!
(The process worked, could have been smoother, but I'll leave that for another time).

Earlier this year I sold my 911 Turbo and kept my 17 Chevy volt as my DD while I searched for a 4runner. Magically a few weeks ago I typed TRD Pro somewhere and ended up on Vroom seeing this Tacoma for 33.7k with 53k miles and I said "this is it".

Living in downtown LA, the Turbo was an awful vehicle to drive, I felt like I was destroying it. Having moved to Los Angeles from Washington State in a Duramax Sierra (could not fit in any garages with my lift, so I sold it shortly after) and with covid/quarantine, I was dying to go camping, hiking, and try my hand at some off-roading!

The Tacoma fit the perfect size for city living, excellent reliability, and capable off road.

I'm planning on taking a trip this weekend somewhere a little north of LA to try to do some light off-roading this weekend.

    Things I don't like....

    1. Previous owner painted the fenders/front bumper(lip?) trying to match body color, but it's a little lighter. Will look into replacing that soon.
    2. The photos on the site did not reveal the massive decal on hood (not a fan)
    3. Not a huge fan of the 17 tacoma trd pro wheels.

    Things I like:
Everything else. Can't wait to go places.

Nice and welcome! The front clip they also swapped out for a cement one. These never are a dead on match since they are plastic instead of metal like the body. There is a fender flare swap thread here, I'm sure someone would love your mint cement ones for the non painted.
