They will not let you do a 1 Star review and this is what I want to put is 1 Star!!!

So. I ordered this on the 23rd of April. It is now May 11th. Good luck trying to find anything out easily. They do not make any attempt to tell you when or if it is shipped or where in the process it is. 5 days into the order I had not gotten any responses period. I tried seeing about contacting them on their website and it has a section for it, but once you fill out everything you are supposed to fill out to see about it, you can go no further. So I had to hunt down their phone number, I called and they said it was still processing and will have a update within 24 hours. Fast forward another week and nothing. So I called again and they finally said I’ll have an answer within 3 days. Mind you, no actual effort period on their part to be proactive and help you out. So it finally shipped and without an email telling me it shipped, I had to login to find out it had shipped.

Mind you within the first 60 seconds of making the purchase, they take the money out of your account and don’t give any thought about it after. USP says it’ll come in tomorrow. Now I know it is a good product I am ordering. But unless they are going to drastically change their customer service ways, I will go elsewhere for anything else.

Horrible customer service and you have to do all the leg work to find anything out about it.

oh yea, I ordered the arb momentum gt power package

yeah a search on google shows this: Extreme Terrain has a consumer rating of 1.04 stars from 27 reviews indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. ... The most common issues with Extreme Terrain are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers.

Back in my day, you'd order something from the catalog and when it got there, it got there. Between those times you'd work in the turnip field and sleep.

Interesting, I've used them in the past but for Jeep parts. No real issues but I ordered like 3 things and they all came at different times. They drop ship I guess. But they notified me about shipping and everything.

Sad to see that they lied to you about calling you back and never doing so. I hate it when companies do that. If you say you're gonna call with updates, do it, dont make me chase you.

However, extremeterrain seems like one of those companies that arent really into being apart of the community if you know what I mean. It's just one of those big popular companies that sell parts. I've had issues with companies like that on the Subaru side.

This is why I always read the Business reviews before I order anything from a place.

    Yeah.
Yeah, sleeping in turnip fields waiting for truck parts sucks.

Haha! I thought the same thing. Sometimes you'd have to mail in the order form wait 2-3 weeks just to get a letter back saying they no longer have that product or its out of stock.

OP I ordered patio furniture at the start of all of this, they said it would ship in 2 weeks. That was 2 months ago still hasn't shipped. Things are weird right now.

Eh. It’ll be in tomorrow. I’m over it already lol. It’s all part of a bigger build anyhow. Wouldn’t be mounted for a while until I get the engine put back together and back in the Taco.

I live in Alaska and they had the cheapest shipping cost by nearly 100-150 dollars. So I went with them. All in all. I guess all that matters is it gets here and no broken pieces
