    Good morning, TW!

Having an issue with my 2017 TRD Sport. While driving, I periodically get multiple warning lights and warning messages that turn on and off. I get the following lights:

Vehicle Stability Control, ABS, Brake system, Tire pressure, check engine. Also, the speedometer, RPMs, Temperate gauge, outside temperature, and fuel gauge all die.

I have a video of it uploaded for anyone that wants to check it out. Took the video while driving on the freeway.

    https://youtu.be/md3yeJAxPeo

I have connected an OBD reader while this is happening and it doesn't pull any codes. I've been looking for a good wiring diagram to maybe trace the problem to a logical point, but can't really find one since I don't really know where to start. Seems to happen more often when I hit some hard bumps, but it also seems to happen right after a fuel up, or if the truck has been sitting for 2 days. From the video, it looks as if there's a bad connection somewhere, but don't know where to start looking. From what I can see under the truck, I don't see or feel any loose connections or chewed up wires.

Any ideas? Any help or opinions would be appreciated. If this post is uploaded in the wrong forum, I apologize. Please let me know and I'll move it to correct location.

Thankfully none (so I can rule out any aftermarket issue).

A failing CPS, Cam Position Sensor will do some very odd electrical things.

Interesting. While this is happening, the truck does not drive any differently. I will add, there is no stalling, no rough rides, no misfires, nothing.

Since the problem happens while driving and you haven't mentioned a shutting off issue I would look at a ground fault to the instrument cluster. Look under the dash and check for loose ground points.

I'll dig around more under there. I have previously crawled around down there checking all of the harnesses and they seem good. Who knows, maybe something got kicked. I know upon first inspection, I didn't' see anything out of place. Tried moving the harnesses around to see if I could recreate it, but couldn't.

I could be talking straight out my third point, but have you checked your battery connections? Shake them real good.

I have not. I might take out the cluster tonight to make sure everything is clipped in correctly back there. Still, I doubt that's the issue.

Only thing I've plugged into that port was the OBD2 reader to see if I could pull codes for the actual issue.

we can all speculate but i'd just head myself down to the dealership or a mechanic you trust and see if can be diagnosed.

I want to think it's your connection to your combination meter, because your speed and RPM's also drop.

This should help you get started

This is great stuff here. Where do you find these types of documents? I'll be pulling this apart later to test. Thank you!

I was convinced I had an issue with an outside harness somewhere or a computer issue being that all the errors seemed to be mainly VSS/Brake/Wheel related. Turns out it was the connection to the combination meter. I don't know how, but one of the 2 connections was loose on one side and only required to be re-seated. Solved the issues.

Thanks for all your suggestions, TW, and thanks ktbell444 for the fix!
