Multi-Terrain Monitor Camera going bad?

Today I noticed that the passenger side camera shows a purple hue. After about 10 minutes of driving, it went away and came back intermittently. Has anyone had this issue?

My truck is only 3 months old but I'm afraid that when I bring it in, the camera won't have an issue and the dealer will not replace it.

Documenting through photo or film in real time will be your best defense to getting any repairs covered through warranty.

 

Yesterday I wanted to test a theory about the camera viewing high contrast green areas (grass) and the result was what I sort of expected. The camera seems to be too dumb when it comes to "green" color areas.

I was in traffic where the driver side now had a center divider with grass, and passenger side does not.
As you can see, the driver side showed the purple hue, while the passenger side did not (original suspectected problem)
