Moving front camera

I’m wanting to install an after market grill, but it has a camera installed on it. So I was wanting to move the camera lower towards the bumper. I was trying to see if anyone had done a mod like this. I attached a picture to see what I’m talking about. Any suggestions or tips would greatly be appreciated

How does that camera mount?

 

It’s screwed on to the grill with some type of plastic attachment

 

You'll lose a lot of practical functionality if you move it that low. You won't see the sides of the bumper any longer as you lose field of view from being too close. But it really depends on what you want to do with your front camera. Mine is positioned almost exactly where yours is now and with a 175 deg view, it's just about perfect.

 

so I went ahead and installed the grill and put the camera on the upper part of the grill. I attached a picture below. Thanks for the input guys.
