I used it in a ford focus with no issues over 100k miles using factory oil filters. I use it in my moms hyundai tuscon. I have heard it is Havoline brand. I wouldnt hesitate using it in my tacoma, but walmart never seems to have the right viscosity in stock. I like that it is a semi synth. And like u said the price is good.

Fwiw...i have used castrol hi mileage which they claim is a semi synth and not much more $.

I've been using the Motorcraft 5w-20 for the last 50K on 5K intervals and I'm happy with it so far. Price is good.

I'm a believer in synthetic & slick 50. My family had a 4x4 ford that was switched to synth at 50k miles & ever oil change since was one quart slick 50 & all synthetic.

It was beat the F up as a construction work truck and we of course went through a couple transmissions, but we ended up selling the thing running GREAT at 570,000 miles!

So if you're considering it, stop. Switch over IMO.

i use motorcraft in my ford because thats what it calls for. seems sacreligious to dump it into a toyota no?

i think it is a good oil and always comes out of my car looking great, and my car runs great. i dont think i've ever seen it in 5w-30 is the more likely reason its not in my toyota
