    I'm selling my Morels :(

These are some of the best damn speakers I've heard in a vehicle. Plenty of bass, clarity that raises the hairs on the back of my neck. Not a single db of harsh, overly bright, fatiguing sound.

Morels are known to be "warm", bass oriented without the aggressive highs that will make you tired of listening to your wonderful investment.

For anyone wondering, I would not be selling these if it werent for the fact that they wont fit in my Tundra. As big as it is, Toyota decided to put the window rail right behind the door opening, and the magnets of these Morels are massive.

Also if youre wondering, they do fit in your Tacoma.

These were in my Tacoma for about 6 months, I kept them with the hope of putting them in my Tundra. I am a well practiced mechanic in the semiconductor industry. These were tuned by me, voltage and wattage matched and monitored and never saw a clipped signal. I essentially put them through the break in phase and they're ready to be heard.

Im located in Portland OR, prefer local sales, but I can ship at your expense. The box is heavy, so I would estimate shipping costs between $40 and $60 in the lower 48.

The only "issue" with them is there is some hot glue residue on the back of the tweeter mounts. I mounted them in the dash using some 3d printed mounts. I can remove more of it if it's a concern. I also have another set of printed mounts that I can re-glue them to so theyre ready to install, for an extra $10.

They also come with door panel mounts.

    Price:
    $320
    $330 with tweeter dash mounts

I used a Pioneer GM D-8704 amp. You could use them with the OEM HU, but these are better suited for someone looking to run more power.

Wish I would've seen this before I bought mine! Did you run another set of wires from your crossover to the dash tweeters?

super nice, I ended up getting some kickers front and rear using the stock head unit. But the rear speakers are super quiet. time for a new head unit! GLWS

2019. The could have cleared if I had built my own adapter that pushed them further out. I just used it as an excuse to buy a higher end set from Morel. Ended up with the Virtus set.
