So I need to replace my front struts. I’m on a limited budget and was wondering if any of you guys have used any struts on eBay. They are significantly cheaper, and I’m just curious about the quality of them. If any of you guys have used any brand in perticular please let me know if you have had a good experience with them.

Toytec coilovers. Height adjustable Bilstein's. 265/75/16 MT. TRD wheels. Rebuilt r150f. Marlin clutch kit. All kinds of new parts...
They will last about a year, maybe more based on your driving. They are really cheap because - well - they are good for flipping a vehicle I suppose (selling not rolling lol) Check out rockauto.com and get some of the Monroe's. Slightly more but better quality. 1Aauto also has some decent brands and great customer support. OEM is obviously the best choice but that comes at a price.

    Good luck!

I looked on rock auto for the assemblies but couldn’t find any. Did I just miss em? I’ll have to check again.

only thing with those cheap assemblies is the struts don't hold up and start to leak and then need to replaced again, that's why I usually go with a Bilstein 4600 strut made in Germany and keep the stock coilover assembly, these usually hold up well over 100k miles without any need for RnRing them

Id go with KYB strut assemblies as the cheapest option. Looks like you get a pre assembled strut for about $120 a side on Summit Racing.

You could also see what offerings from Autozone you could get your hands on. I hear good things about Gabriel struts.

What about these Moog’s? Moogs are a decent brand right?
