ModWash

I have a black 2012 Toyota Tacoma, bought used last year.
I have been told to use a touchless auto car wash.
This time of year the truck needs is a pollen wash.
ModWash has invaded our city of Saint Petersburg, Florida, so I tried it.
My first trip I purchased the cheap $19.95 once a day basic wash.
I told the manager I wanted a touchless wash, he told me we do not have a touchless wash but we can "Retract the wraps" . OK. The wash was very good. My next trip I told the attendant "retract the wraps". OK . The wraps were not retraced and my black truck hood was pounded with the wraps. l have thousands of small lite scratches on my hood. I was pissed. The manager explained, only the managers can retract the wraps and the employee should have asked a manager about "Retracting the Wrap".
NOTICE if you have a black truck ask for the "manager every time". The manager will go to the out side monitor and program the auto wash for "retract the wraps"

Now how do I get rid of all the small scratches on my hood????

Also, who ever gave you advice to go to a machine car wash drive through is silly.
Their equipment is NEVER CLEANED!

I just light power wash it, soap, wipe, hose, wipe, soap, hose, light power wash.
Then every season wax, rainx, clay bar.

 

Bucket of water/auto soap and a microfiber rag. Never been to an auto car wash in my life. Disaster waiting to happen.
