Missing a fuse?

I opened the little fuse panel today under the steering wheel on my 98 and I am missing the 30a fuse on the top right. Is it supposed to be out? Just got the truck don't know too much about it

 

lots of times there are options not installed so they fuse is not needed, if everything works don't worry about it.

what does the label say it is for?

 

Might be for your power windows (if equipped). Check out page 233:

I think it said just 30a power it's a big fuse. My truck has no power options so that's what it must be.
