Mind Blown...Tennis ball mod!

I was making pac-man tennis balls today to protect pointy stuff in my garage, and came up with this mod:




I've always needed an anchor point near the tailgate at the bottom of the bed! (for those of us who don't have or need bed stiffeners)











I can't believe I haven't thought of this before...so simple!



Another pac-man ball to temporarily keep the loop from falling back down into the abyss:

 

good idea! It is nice to a midpoint for tie downs for sure!

This isnt meant as a jab or to be a shitty know-it-all response at all. I love cheap diy mods and see how it cold be useful in very specific situations.
But; Isn’t there a rotating d ring like a foot away that would do the same thing?
