Mfr Body Code location on 3rd Gen Tacomas

Just cruisin Amazon for some clear plastic protector stickers for behind my door handles and all the sudden I get this msg sayin they need more vehicle information. Like my license plate # or the Mfr Body Code. Feelin' sus about the plate # so I start lookin' for the other. An old thread on here says it's on the door jamb or under the hood to which they are NOT on my 2022. Am I blind or is there a secret place this resides? Anyone?

 

Amazon is probably referring to your VIN and the body code is encoded in it.

 

The other noisy question I stop shopping at is if they ask for the color of my vehicle. No reason for that at all.

As already stated, they may be asking for the VIN.

Ask them for the alpha/numeric configuration of the Body Code.
It might be something like:
GRN305L-CRTSHA this will be on the door pillar
or 7562A this is a model code - don't know where you would find this

 

Guess I should've looked for it in the daylight... Found it...
