Looking at both of them. I kinda like the AJT V2 but the amazing quality of the ultimate turn signals I got from Meso have me wanting to buy from him.

So the question is who has what and what do you think is the key fobs? Should I get one for my second set too?

One thing I've noticed about my fob from AJT is if I squeeze it slightly I see the LED illuminate. Not sure if that's a design defect that affects all or just mine. Doesn't lock or unlock the truck when the LED does illuminate, so I'm not sure what's going on. Also important to note that I have the V1 fob case.

I’ve had one from AJT and Meso. I prefer the Meso Customs. The main difference I noticed is the quality of the plastic seems better. Mine is cement. The color matches my truck better and the AJT fob doesn’t have much of a texture, so it got shiny after a few months in my pocket. The Meso fob just seems like it’s better quality.

That's what I was more looking for in my question. Seeing what the quality of both are. I'm pretty tough on keys and stuff like that. I don't wanna break it and be sol. Lol

I have the AJT fob and it’s good quality. I went that route since it retained the little valet key. I did have a little trouble getting it together, but it has held up well so far. I will say that I really like the smaller size of the MESO fob and if I was buying again, I might go with that one. Can’t go wrong either way really, it just depends on which one you like better.

Just got one of these, and mine does the same thing. Except when the LED illuminates, it unlocks the truck.

It takes very little external pressure on the housing of the fob to unlock my truck.

Is this a known issue, @AJT DESIGN ? Any ideas for me to fix it? I followed the instructions (‘21 Tundra V1 smart key), and my screws are snug, not too tight.

I have ajt fob since I bought my taco in 18 and its been bulletproof. Spring for valet key was a little challenging but followed instructions and it went together nicely. Just changed out the battery a couple months ago. No issues. I did order the meso coin box and was happy with that also. Probably can't go wrong with either.

To update this, the MESO V2 fob retaining the valet key are out now. they were released last week. some colors are already sold out so, if you want one... you better grab one, or 2. Ski

i was clicking on this thread for exactly this.

i love my yotamd fobs. they're not much smaller, but they're different colors, and way more unique than meso or ajt.

Got a Meso during their last Black Friday promo and its been fine. Build quality is great and it was easy to assemble. Maybe if the V2 ever goes on sale ill grab em. Meso makes great stuff.
