Meso Customs Still in business?

Looking at ordering Overhead Hexrack! Any idea, I've noticed in the past when ordering from California in the past sometimes its hit or miss with some of these CA companies.

Actually got bored and read through their threads; seems it's hit or miss in general.

Not sure why being from CA has anything to do with anything.

Some people get stuff right away, those with issues don't receive any feedback for weeks or months.

Found it comical that people even tagged them multiple times and they never replied.

Customer service, specifically communication, is something they aren't consistent about.

 

What’s the question here? Did you actually place an order? Use a credit card if you are paranoid about companies not sending you what you order.

I’ve bought stuff from them directly, to include some “out of box” sales items they are solid with the customer service

 

I noticed quite a few Sold Out items just wondered if anybody had any insight, thanks.

 

A lot of off-road companies sell their items so that could be the reason so if you don’t see what you want from them you can try another site and they might have it.

 

They release products in drops/waves that usually sell out so if you’re interested put in your email info to get contacted when they are restocked. You can also follow them on Instagram and you’ll get info about release dates before they happen.

 

It’s his business model. Most of the successful products sell out quickly except for 1-10 drops a year. Some go multiple years between drops. He doesn’t want to overprice and he doesn’t want to overestimate demand so he’s always OOS cause everyone buys from him directly first, then from his 3rd party resellers. So mostly the duds are ever in stock on the MESO website.

I believe Instagram is the primary method of communicating updates.

Yes they are, good guys. I have never had an issues receiving parts ordered or contacting for customer service, always been prompt.

 

Hey Travis. Are the stage 1 taillight LEDs going to come back in stock?

 

I know you can set an email notification for the item you want also if buying direct. They sell out quick with each drop though.

 

This is the answer. Always check the dealers first, most times they have Meso stuff in stock. The only thing I've had the wait on was the 3D printed 3rd brake light.
