Hey there. Just wondering if anyone has purchased any front mesh grills. Been looking online and a few have caught my eye. Just wondering how durable they are. Really like the style below

I've had one before. They look pretty nice. In my experience, the paint isn't the best quality and chips easily.

I have one from custom car grills. No problem so far. People seem to do one of four things: stock with plastidip, mesh, BAMF, or TRD Pro. Search around and see which one you like the best.

Mesh grill is awesome. It looks like it sucks in light and doesn't let it escape. Once light gets to the insert it crosses the event horizon...I have a bamf but I could have easily went mesh. I just got a good deal. Actually I want mesh now

I went BAMF too. I went with the one piece with the color bar. I kinda wish I would've just went with a PRO grille or maybe put a little more cash for the recessed grille.

Yeah I was going to Plasti dip my original grill but it still dont look as good as a custom grill. Just wanting to get rid of the chrome.

Why u want a mesh one now? They also have different custom designs with sculls and different stuff I have seen that I may go that way. Decisions decisions.

That was on my 15 sport. For my 17 OR, I bought a powdercoated one from BAMF

Exactly too much decals n other designs will make it sloppy! I think im going with the pic. Just need to find the exact one.

Man I too like the way the mesh looks, and its cheaper than the trdpro grille. Anyone got a link to a good quality mesh grille? Is it easy to buy your own expanded metal and make your own grille?

I almost jumped on the BAMF grill when it was first released but I held off and then almost ordered a Pro grill when it was released and again held off and now looking at both I am kind of glad I did. They both look good but I just feel that both are over priced. The Pro grill is an injection molded piece of plastic and is WAY over priced and the BAMF grill cost more than what I paid for a nice set of Iron Cross steps for my truck so I ordered the steps instead since they are more functional and practical being that I have little ones at home and it makes getting in and out of the truck easier for them. My plan is to plastidip my grill when I get home in a month and see how much I like it.
