Welcome to TW. Since spindle lifts don't alter any of the front end geometry you can do whatever you want with the shock & UCAs. I've got the 4" spindles with King coil overs which combine to give me ~5.5". Here's a treasure trove of info about Spindle lifts:

i figured i just wanted to make sure because i know that the spindles just drop down the wheel hub to achieve the lift but someone had told me to watch out with the steering if i wanted to do this but i was almost sure that wasnt going to be affected

what coilover uca setup would you recommend without breaking the bank? im not using this for any off-roading really, this is just for my ride height preference. Also, what setup would i go with in the rear since i already have a 4" block? an AAL pack?

For appearances only coilovers are overkill, whether you go King, ADS or Fox they'll all set you back $1k+ before you even add remote reservoirs or adjustable compression knobs.
For a couple inches I'd go with Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks with your spring of choice. I had OME 885 springs and got about 2.25" on my access cab with the 5100s set to stock height (shouldn't crank up 5100s with stiffer/longer coils).

Aftermarket UCAs wouldn't be needed for 2ish inches, so if you plan on staying under 3" of suspension lift then I'd pocket the money & forego UCAs. For a budget I think JBA has the cheapest price of entry for new, name brand items. Amazon, eBay etc will have cheaper Chinese parts. I'll let you decide if they're worth it.

For the rear an AAL would work, but AAL plus 4" block would probably result in a lot of axle wrap. Ideally some aftermarket leafs would be best, there are many companies & standard (3") or HD (4") versions. Tons of people run big blocks, on the street it won't matter much.

so right now the setup I have is the 6.5” which is a 4” spindle with a 2.5” spacer, if I’m correct by adding a coilover or the bilstein adjustable shock I would need UCA’s otherwise I would have my tires pointing inwards and not able to align correctly. am I wrong? I would use the shocks to lift it 2” just to drive more smooth and not cause too much strain just to get .25”-.50” and if I’m correct I would need UCA’s since I’m using the shock with a spacer right?
