    Some of the things...
They are cheap which is awesome. They are also harder compond than alot of other options and have no siping (think wet pavement dd horror stories). I see there is a revised version out but I'm only familiar with the gen 1. Interested to hear what you think if you pull the trigger.

What are you looking for in a tire? Daily driver? Mud/snow? Off road? Or what? Buy tires that match your needs not just because they are a good price.

I got about 50k on the original Maxxis Buckshots (315/75r16 - 2003 Toyota Tundra). I drive 300-500 miles a week and wheel them pretty hard on the weekends. Never had an issue rain or shine. They get loud as they get bald, but what MT doesn’t? I recently went with Maxxis Buckshot 2’s (same size) and am happy again. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly MT. Only been in the mud once with the new ones, but seem to do well.

I picked up a set of Buckshot II's in 265/75/16 off SimpleTire for $545 shipped. They are the 10-ply version (Load Range E) and I'm very happy with them so far. Had to do some more trimming of the fender, and smack the pinch weld flat...but I'm also on aftermarket wheels with some more offset.

They're tits on the beach, worked great in flooded roads we just had, and don't scream too badly on the pavement. Totally recommend!

Here's the exact tire I ordered, and I had a coupon which brought me down to the $545. https://simpletire.com/maxxis-lt265-75r16-tl30218100-tires
