I’m wanting to bench test my MAF. Does anyone have a wiring diagram to the prongs, inside? What is the hot wire, ground and so forth. Want to check voltage and ohm it out. Thanks

Really the only component of the MAF you can bench test is the IAT sensor which would be pins 4 and 5.
The actual MAF sensor can't be bench tested.
What kind of issue are you having?

Hesitation on acceleration. Cleaned the throttle body and MAF, new air filter, changed spark plugs, put higher octane fuel and an injector cleaner in the tank. I have a P0102 code (MAF sensor circuit, low input voltage). It’s not hesitating, today. May be intermittent?

Have you checked Pin 1 (Blue/White) of the MAF connector for power with the key on?

Not yet. I’m at work, right now. But I will! I’ve seen on YouTube, that there is a way to check them with a multimeter and blowing air And ohm them out, also. Is that reliable?

That's not really a valid test, the best thing to do after you have verified power is to look at scan data and see what it's reading.
