MAPS of BAJA CALIFORNIA

2020 was a tough year for those of us who like to camp and four-wheel in Baja California because of the travel restrictions or precautions with Covid.

While anyone can go to Mexico (Baja at least) despite the "essential travel only" messages we get, many of us will just sit it out until the dust settles. The two major Baja off-road races were run (Baja 1000, Baja 500) but two others were cancelled (Baja 400, San Felipe 250) during the restrictions.

While stuck at home but wishing I were in Baja, I have been working on maps! Looking at a map is a way of being there without leaving home... a virtual Baja trip!

I have a series of road maps I made in 2018 to accompany a road guide I created (but had not yet been published). I have even made updates for changes since 2018 on some of them (31 area maps that cover most of Baja).

I also added links to old Baja maps that you can zoom in to for max detail. These are posted on www.vivabaja.com (my site)...

I found a spelling error on Map 2... Aserradero (the saw mill) was Asseradero on the map... all fixed now!
