Maintenance Schedule for 2014

It seems i never get a straight answer from toyota service .
What things should be done at certain mile intervals , 5K,10K, 15K/ 20k etc……..
I am at 15,451 miles now
So far only oil has been done a few times .
Suggestion / Comments / Toyota List / Tacoma World advice

 

Look in the service manual, it's all in there

 

Your truck came with a Warranty and Maint guide. If you bought used and these were not in the glove box, go to toyota.com - click on owners - register - follow the yellow brick road for all owners manuals.

Avoid dealers who try to sell things like:

Fuel injector cleaning
Power steering fluid flush
Brake cleaning

Be very leary when the service writer says "We recommend....................".

The only thing a '14 truck needs is oil at 5K if conventional, cabin filter at 20K - do it yourself and air filter at 30K. All of these easily done by the owner.

Avoid the dealer and find a good independent repair shop.
