    I need some advice!

I made a mistake of purchasing some rear Bilstein 4600 shocks on eBay, and realized later that the item # for them were for the rear passenger side! that's right the seller was selling 2 rear passenger side shocks! I've already started to try to cancel the order, but in the event I'm stuck with it, would I be able to install one of the shocks on the driver side? what would happen?

    4 run, 2 don't
    You're not off-roading I take it?

Driver's side is less than an inch shorter both extended and compressed; this would come into play if you're flexing your suspension enough to compress or extend to the point where you hit your bump stops.

Well I have an answer.... it seems I bought 2 left side. They are installed and have about 250 miles on them.

I did not know it either, truck does not seem to care. But I am not maxing out the suspension in anyway.

If it turns out to be a major issue and your stuck we can trade one. I bought the one below on Amazon.

@Kwikvette correct, daily driver, trip up to Tahoe, nothing major as for as off roading, most off roading id probably do is maybe up some dirt hills no rock crawling or anything extreme like that family 4x4 truck

    I found this info.

    Rear Left Extended: 19.61inches
    Rear Left Compressed: 12.8 inches
    Rear Right Extended: 20.28 inches
    Rear Right Compressed: 13.19 inches

so about a 1/2 difference. I am not going to worry about it.

Unless you are lifted at all in the rear I wouldn't worry too much.
