I bought this mule not long ago and have put a lot of work into fixing it up and have really enjoyed that. It's now time for me to move onto new life priorities, so I'd like to sell this off, ideally to someone who will appreciate it. This thing is ready to be picked up and drive away on the included trailer. It will start right up and drive with no additional work needed on your part.

    M274A5 made in 1968
Engine cover, gun mount, cover, engine guard and all other expected parts are there and in good shape.
Has a clean ATV title in Arizona
Trailer also has a clean Arizona title

    Upgrades:
    • 4 wheel steer added back with 2 wheel steer lock out bracket. Get the best of both worlds.
    • USFS approved spark arrestor installed
    • Electric start added
    • Removable Pintle machine gun mount
    Maintenance
    • all 6 tie rods replaced
    • Fuel tank cleaned
    • All pressure vents replaced
    • Frame tubes coated inside with frame protector
    • Gear oil replaced everywhere
    • Engine oil replaced
    • new air filter
    • axle seals replaced
    • Brand new tires and inner tubes
    • New battery for electric start
    Accessories
    • Trailer shown in pictures. Custom built to perfectly fit the mule
    • Aluminum loading ramps
    • Wheel hold downs
    • Genuine mule tow bar
    • Nice cushions to cover the whole deck
    • A box of parts to cover wheels/seals, magneto rebuilding, gaskets, and more
Asking price for the whole shebang: $15,000 dropping to $13,500. Also open to a partial trade for a single-phase CNC mill.
Any questions, or want specific pictures of anything, just ask!

These are not very good in rough terrain but definitely a beauty.

Your right. Maybe pig hunting in Texas with all your buddies!

I could really see this on the flightline at a military aviation museum like I have here in Paso Robles. This thing just strikes me as super cool!

No suspension, so it's not great to RIDE ON in rough terrain, but you can flip the steering column forward, put it in reverse, use the hand controls to drive it, and walk behind it. In that mode, it will go over pretty much anything and carry a literal ton while doing it.

It's for the original pull starting cable. This one has been upgraded to an electric starter.

Our auto shop in high school had two of these. They were fun to run around on.

It's a 2 cylinder AO42. Similar to the motor used in military generators and early airplanes, but setup slightly different.

M249, but not for sale. Custom pintle mount can be included.

    249 SAW (556)isn’t a M60. The new 60 is the 240(762).

At current market rates... I think that'd be around $21,000 on a good day.

Not exactly new anymore though, been around for nearly 50 years in the US Army and in widespread use for close to 30.

Yeah the 60 is really old. I should’ve put “new” in quotations.
