Need to buy a new set of lugs. Ones currently on the wheels have a 3/4” hex cap, M12 x 1.5 size, 60 degree taper and an extended thread that extends from the taper.

I’ll call Method when they open back up after the weekend, but does anyone know where to source these otherwise or even happen to have a set?

What's wrong with the ones you have. They seem like the right ones based on your description.

I was removing a tire and sheared a stud, apparently that lug was cross threaded pretty badly. I got the stud replaced but couldn’t back out the tip that was stuck in the lug (and even if I could it’s probably trashed the threads). I’m never gonna match one lug, and they were kind of nasty anyway, so I’ll get a brand new set in black to better match the wheels.

@Discount Tire hooked me up with the correct replacements.

I was about to say I ordered wheels from some tacoma site the same day I ordered lugs from method. Wheels got here Saturday lugnuts from method had not even shipped. Called yesterday and cancelled order as discount had them. Said they get them from method anyways. Discount Tore for the save.

Ahh gotcha. Just wanted to double check. Wouldn't want you to have to buy something you already had the correct parts for.

When I had my methods installed last week. Discount said they had my lugs too but when I got there they were chrome and not black. I told them to just use my old ET lugs and order the right ones and we can use those on my wifes 4runner when she gets my old wheels. So now I"m just waiting for them to get in so I can take her car up there.

I called Method originally and did not get a warm fuzzy from their customer service so decided not to go that route…

Yeah the store I went to had only the chrome in stock, they will have the black ones tomorrow.

My recent experience with Method wheels was positive. I inquired about removing the bead lock ring on the 305nv's for painting or powder coating and was told it's not removable, but the bolts are replaceable.

Considering a different style of Methods or something else entirely now. :notsure:

If you like any of the dirty life wheels, I think their ring is removable.

Just to tie this thread off, got the lug nuts in the mail from Discount yesterday and installed them along with the rest of the Meso TRD center caps:
