Any pointers on how to tighten the mirror? I popped the cover to access the base, but the adjustment bolt is not exposed. The arm for the mirror looks like one solid plastic covered piece.20220131_144051.jpg

The ball end behind the mirror on mine is what's loose. The mirror stays in place, but just barely. Is replacing the mirror the only fix?

I saw that vid after i posted. If those two clips are all that binds it together with no real explanation on increasing the tension, I am not sure now if it's worth all that time to take it apart. Hoping someone has gone through the process

i hope not. the ball end on mine is still good, but the whole arm is what wiggles. i am guessing from all the years of offroading it just gave out. it's not a deal breaker but on uneven roads, it jiggles enough to look Blair Witch
