    Hey guys,

Does anyone own the ARB Outback drawers and Side Floor kit for our truck? Looking for:

    -Pictures
    -General experience with it
-How is it secured to your truck bed?
-Does it interfere with bed stiffeners? I have total chaos stiffeners.

For those not familiar with this product:
    Drawers: https://www.metaltech4x4.com/arb-roller-drawer-with-roller-floor-19-88-x-53-35-x-12-20/
    Side floor kit: https://www.metaltech4x4.com/arb-2016-tacoma-drawer-side-floor-kit/

I have no affiliation with this retailer. Their site is just superior to ARB's inexcusably horrible website.

    Thanks in advance.

Anyone? More than half the price than Decked. Looks pretty sweet. I wonder what the weight limit is of the top of the drawers? How much can you store on top? I believe the drawers are rated at 275lbs.

Looks awesome but pretty pricey. Decked is about $1200 I believe for the full setup, this appears to be nearly $2500. It does look nicer, though.

I think I'd skip the slide top and go with the just the drawers. I think they're only around $400.

thanks for the post guys. I am looking for a solution as well and had the same questions about the ARB system, and feel the same about the Decked option. Looks like I will try and build my own.

How about TruckVault? They have a cheaper version which is not weather sealed, and the price is comparable to ARB when you factor in shipping and tax and the side floor trim.

The drawer setup in the link is $1000+, and you'd need 2 of them, plus the side floor kit @ $400. That's weather resistant truckvault pricing.....

This may be off topic, but I have been waiting for a Decked group buy to come along but it never has. Maybe I will just have to wait for a black friday deal? A Decked GB would be the fucking tits.

The all weather TruckVault is a grand more everywhere I have checked (about $3500). Where are you looking?

for fun I went to Truckvault and custom built what I thought I would use, I put all the options for me, I got up to $4200. They do have a great variety, I'll be pulling ideas from their site on my build

I'm thinking about trying to negotiate a group buy for TruckVault. I have never organized one before so not sure what is involved but I will definitely reach out to a few vendors if people seem interested. Any takers?

Just ordered a pair of ARB Roller Drawers with the Roller Floors (RDRF1355) and the side trim kit for my short bed 2015 Taco.
I’ve had a good hands-on with some alternatives and decided to go for the ARB drawers by taking advantage of 4WP JULY 4 promo - free shipping, no tax and 5% discount.
Should arrive later this week - plan is to fabricate a base plate out of 1/2” birch ply this weekend, then mount the drawers to the plate.
I’ll update this thread with the full details. Stay tuned!

Looks great! Interested to know if the install required a lot of drilling.
