It’s a reflash of the ECU. Plug it in, press some buttons, and unplug. You’re done.

Plenty of tuners here on the forum.

 

I read that. Normally I'd want the 2 minutes of my life wasted back. But after reading that I face palmed so hard realizing people fall for these things that I created a shockwave in the air and that was well worth the price of admission.

Seriously, I could never imagine being so shady to lie so blatantly to people to sell them a box that has some blinking lights.

 

You can spend $300+ on a pedal commander or any of these OBD plug in devices to get a perceived "gain" but it's literally pressing the pedal down more with less effort, if it's worth the 300 or so dollars to you.
Again, all gimmicks.

Do what you want with your money but the real solutions for actual HP/Torque gains had already been mentioned, whether you want to believe it or not.

 

Didn't fall yet. Thanks to geniuses like you. Do you have any options or just some more dramatic overtures ?

A K&N decal supposedly adds 10hp when applied to a vehicle....

 

Take a look at post #4 in this thread referencing the KDMAX tune. Them and OTT are the two heavy hitting tuner's on the forum. A LOT of reviews (and I'm going to get myself KDMAX tuned soon as well!). It's the most direct way of getting some more HP, but more importantly, better drivability on your truck.

Oh and welcome to the forum bud.

 

Want more HP? Just swap in a supercharged V10 or something.

I have the KMDAX-Pro+XT tune and it's like a whole new truck. You're going to love it!

 

LS is so out of style. Need to go bigger. Put that V10 in the bed and make a rear engine Taco.
