    Staying stock.. maybe
    Hey all,

We are taking 3 weeks to do a cross country trip early this fall (starting in VA). I have everything scheduled and booked except the 2 days we want to spend in Badlands area of SD. We have already seen "the wall" overlook which looks nice but I'm concerned it may be too busy with rv's etc. I am looking for camp suggestions that would be slightly more remote but still offer great views without doing any technical trails or wheeling for hours on end. Thanks for any and all suggestions.[IMG]

I just stayed at the wall a couple weeks ago, and while it was busy, it didn’t feel that way. Other than the cows mooing in the distance, and the wind here and there, it was super quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend at least giving it a shot.

Are you familiar with the iOverlander app? Freeroam? Gaia? All great apps (free roam no longer has app on iOs, but easy website still)

If no, familiarize yo’self! Many good spots there and easy to use. Hope you have a wonderful and safe trip.
