Bought some kickers for the doors and dash for my 22 Sport premium. I have a powered sub already. Looking for something (dsp amp) that will clean up the sound on my premium auto oem Hu and push it 75-100 Watts at 4 ohms a side. Hopefully plug and play. Any suggestions?

I have an audio control d 6.1200 in my 13 with a base radio Nonentune. I just cut the factory wiring going to the speakers and rerouted them to the high level input on the amp, plus it has 2 rca out that has dsp control still. As well as it has signal sense turn on so i dont need to run a remote turn on to the amp, it turns the amp on when it senses a voltage offset for the music i believe.

Sounds good I bet, I've been looking at that line up. But ya I had to do some splicing before, never that way though. Maybe find some handy harness guy on here to help me in keeping it as much splice free as possible. There is a Kicker KEY amp and and another dsp kicker amp called iq5004 that Crutchfield recommended.

I know Audio Control, and the Kicker Key, were on my radar till i stumbled on this Memphis amp at my local installer. It has a built in DSP also.

I have a Kicker Key amp and absolutely love it. I have the 200.4 and had the 180.4. I actually never set up the DSP, and should one of these days. I also bought the Taco Tunes wiring kit shown above. It’s expensive but probably saves a lot of time. I would highly recommend both products.

I also bought the Taco Tunes 10 inch sub box that goes behind the drivers side passenger seat. It is a great box and it bolts to the truck itself using the panels mounting brackets.

That to me sounds like a not over the top sounds system, which is my goal also. Taco Harness is on its way. Ended up buying that Memphis amp and a powered Rockville sub. I'm going to give a go on installing it all. Well me YouTube, Google, and TW lol

It’s not over the top but there is plenty of highs, ( 200 watts). I also have a Rockford Fosgate powered 10 inch 300 watt sub. So it really does the job I need it to do. I am 50 and don’t need anything to crazy.

Went with the 8" to make it fit under the passenger seat. Put the volume control in the arm rest compartment. It does a great job filling the cab. I was very impressed. Keep it at 1/4 volume works for me.
