Long story short, I had the P0420 and P0141 codes showing up on my scanner/smartphone when I plugged it in the OBD connector on the truck ( I use DashCommand for iPhone with a WiFi ELM 327 I purchased from Amazon). There was a hole from rust upstream of the 2nd CAT so it was time to replace them. Toyota decided to make their cars CA and NY compliant as of I think 2001 so I needed to replace my CATS with the same. The truck had exactly 185,378 miles on the odometer at the time of install. IF*** and thats a big IF something happens..... i.e.... I get a CEL for anything Catalytic Converter or 02 Sensor related I will post and take screenshots and keep you guys updated. Overall I'm impressed with the craftsmanship of these. Install was smooth as butter besides cutting out the old CATS, bends were perfect, everything aligned as it should. Long term durability is the point of this post. All parts were ordered from RockAuto.com

Here is the list of parts ordered: New Denso 02 Sensors upstream/Downstream, 2TYXT03.4FFP Eastern Catalytic Converters, New Denso Spark Plug Wires, New NGK Laser Platinum Dual Electrode Spark Plugs

Here is EVAP sticker on the underneath of my hood of the truck (notice the 2TYXT03.4FFP):

And some Pics to give you guys an idea.... I'm impressed with the welds on these CATS
