Does anyone know the difference in bed dimensions from a 2013 Double cab long bed and a 2021 double cab long bed? Looking to move a Diamondback cover off of a 2013 to a 2021, will it fit? Thanks

Size is definitely different, but I don't remember specifics. Top of the 3rd gen. tailgate sticks out farther, too and is curved.

If I had to guess, I would probably say no from everything I have read on here regarding bed sizes and caps/tonneaus between 2nd and 3rd gens.

Ask diamondback. I think the bed dimensions themselves are the same. Bed rails and tailgate are different.

I also think there are several threads on here discussing bed size/dimensions topics

As far as I know the main difference is the 3rd gen beds are higher by an inch. The dimensions are the same, but the 3rd gen tailgate is a bit different as it has a spoiler lip. I'd imagine the OEM style would work between the two, but if it covers the rails and tailgate it'll likely be a no-go.

I bet diamondback uses same model number on both.

I’m pretty sure the bed itself is the same but the bedsides and tailgate are different. The mounts are different too and 3rd gen beds are not direct fit to the frame of the 2nd gen tacos if that matters
