Have any of you had bumpers, sliders, racks or other stuff fabricated by Travis Carlile? His company is Lonewolf Off-Road out of Krum. I figure some of you have met him at Bridgeport OHV or done business with him. Just checking.

I just spoke with him about sliders. Nicest vendor I've spoken to.
I placed an order for a set with kickout-welded on. I'm excited. His turn around time is incredible as well.

Most vendors are extremely nice before they get your money. It's what happens after that makes the difference.

Well, I went to his house and shop. I'm a pretty good judge of character. Travis is a nice guy and is building me two bars with a 19" rise for my yaks.

If someone knows a good powder coater in the Grapevine area, let me know. Probably just put a bedliner finish on them, but I wouldn't mind having something a little better if the price isn't outrageous.

Also, to piggyback off this, he doesn't take any money up front. He doesn't want money until you're satisfied with the work. I appreciate that versus paying and waiting months for your turn in a big(ger) company's queue.

Did a shakedown cruise with my new bars from Lonewolf. They are nice.

Following up on this. Travis installed my sliders Friday evening at his shop in Krum. It was a great process from beginning to end. Super quick turn around and perfect product. They're exactly what I wanted and about half the price I was expecting to spend with a few other brands.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did he charge you for the sliders?

Yeah I just facebook messaged him, it would be 350 installed. Seems like a good price to me. What do y'all think of the quality so far?

The quality looks to be just like the other sliders I've seen in person from All-Pro, BAMF, etc.

Nothing but good things to say about Lone Wolf.
He built my bed bars. It was the first time he had made them for a 3rd gen and the mounts didn't come out quite right.
He turned around and made me a second set to replace the first ones and had them shipped out within 2 days.

I saw your bars when I went to his place. He told me the story. We put them on my truck and checked them before they shipped to you. We didn't wrench them down, just a quick check to see the rails and holes lined up. Travis is a standup guy.

Ya he mentioned that he had a 3rd gen there on the second go around. I appreciate the help. I'm waiting for them to get back from the powder coater right now.
