Locating Toyota Owners Manuals - 1996 to Present

    In a recent thread, Clearwater Bill pointed a TW member to a Tacoma Owners Manual available at Toyota's web site. The last node of the URL contained the year of the vehicle.

    Using Clearwater Bills URL, I easily constructed a list of all 2nd Gen Tacoma Owners Manuals - 2005 thru 2015. Once at the home page, you'll also find(where applicable), warranty guides and other manuals pertinent to that year. Scroll through the entire screen to see all of these manuals. Some years have more information than others.

    This online information is also available for other models of Toyota's and goes back as far as 1996 up to current year 2019. Simply replace the last 2 nodes of the URL with model/year.
    Avalon, 4Runner, Tundra, Rav4, Sienna, Camry, and others are available. I noticed that some models/years download much slower than others.

    gearcruncher, HELP!! son has 2013 taco 4x4 2.7 with a340f. tranny works great sometimes, then pump starts making noise like its out of oil and goes into neutral. we changed oil and filter(tranny), worked perfect for 2 days then started acting up again. are there any sort of control gizmos between the filter and the pump or places where it could pull air instead of oil? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks ps has 140k and is all original

    Hey
    Sorry , I was at work doing a couple 16 hour shifts .
    Are you checking the fluid level with the engine running in park ?
    You symptoms sound like a classic case of the transmission running low on fluid .
    Did the transmission work good before you changed the oil or did you change the oil in an attempt to fix a problem ?

    Need these questions answered before I jump to conclusions .
