Found the plug and wanted to make it easier for others to find since behind the kicker panel is not entirely accurate.

The loom opens up and the plug was tucked behind it (NOT TAPED) against the firewall *Red Circle* find the Green line and look above it.

Close Up of the plug *Already connected to the RedArc Harness*
Again look above the green line and it is BEHIND the dash not the kicker.

Hope this helps others and saves people the time and frustration I went through trying to find this stupid thing.

Here are some more photos. The white plug with the double layer of pins up top was taped to the main harness and has a cap over it (removed for the photo). I can not find this plug for the life of me.

This is the only other plug I see that does not have a matching plug but it looks like its a ground. All the wires are black and white.

Well I found the right plug finally. Now I'm wondering what the other two circled in this pic are for. One has a cap and the other is wrapped up in the main wiring harness only a corner is exposed cause I saw it wasn't the right plug.

@armyofsquirrels , Is this the right plug? I sure hope so ‘cause I’m out of options.

    Tks.

Unfortunately I have the 2nd Gen the plug for mine was more square. I'm not familiar with the 3rd Gens.

I ordered the Redarc from etrailer and the harness connector looks like it will fit.
    We shall see.

2nd gen (2012) guy here as well. I wrongly purchased a Redarc harness for a 3rd gen instead of a 2nd gen and now my power windows, power mirrors, and power locks don't work. Inconveniently, this 3rd gen redarc connection matches up to another connection on the truck - presumably the same ground connection from the Aug 21 post a few posts back.
