Local Seattle shops or mechanics on the side

Just looking for a decent shop or some one who does mechanical work on the side here in Seattle. Im looking to install a front end leveling kit (2" strut plate insert) on my stock 21' Tacoma SR 4x4 access cab. I dont have the set up to do any suspension/drive train type of work and the shops are all quoting 4 hours.

Edit: Was told I should introduce myself when joining forum (makes sense). First Taco. Previous rig was a 00' 4cyl Ranger that hauled everything that I put in the back and got amazing mileage. Some *basic* vanity mods on it but ill spare you from my embarrassment explaining those. It was starting to show its years so I wanted to get another utility rig that wasn't full sized, decent with mileage and something I could hang on to forever. Toyota was an obvious choice. Grabbed this 21' in Nov 21' as "used" with 7.5k miles. It was a very lucky find. Still has physical key to start if you can believe that.

I'm not comfortable working on other people's vehicles, but I believe @Buttskevin21 does some work for people.

Thanks for the shout out. Unfortunately, silly busy with projects. I would second the reccy for @Buttskevin21 .

 

For shops, people seem to like Mule, but there is usually a wait/backlog to get on their schedule. I think they only install parts bought there also.

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue has an accessories/parts shop that does a ton of work on Tacomas, from basic lift kits to advanced full builds. Believe the main guy's name is Monroe.

Thanks! This may be helpful in the future since my SIL is now working for the Port Angeles FD, and my daughter sent me a link suggesting my new home in Sequim. I suspect it's because she said last year, "Dad, we could really use the Tacoma." Not yet...
