Wanted to post and consolidate details on lights that fit the rear bumper cutouts. I've been researching this for my own ATH rear bumper and figured it may help put all the info in one place for anyone doing the same.

Quoting Morgan's specs as listed on the website:

From here I went searching for a dimensional drawing for the Rigid pods. They have some details but nothing specific on the bolt hole spacing. Screenshot below from Rigid site. Pod itself looks to be 3.2" in all dimensions; flush mount bezel is 4.9" W x 3.6" H.

    Adapter Plates

I personally don't want to use Rigid pods so I kept looking. Seems other people have been able to fit Baja Squadrons, Diode Dynamics SS3 and SS2, and a host of others. Specifically for the Baja products there may be adapter plates available? @At The Helm - do you have a list of adapter plates you currently can offer, and should we PM you for availability or are they available for purchase on your site? And would you have a drawing or dimensions on the bumper cutout holes?

    Example Installs

Borrowing some posts and tagging for credit to show what others have done.

@Fletcher37 with some SS3 flush pods that require modification:

@Echodawg with Baja S2 lights + adapter plates:

@Mista_G with amber SS3 in adapter plates, and @greenEFSI with SS3 and custom welding to fill the cutouts instead of using adapters.

@aturk with SS3 flush mounts that fit with some grinding on the cutouts.

Would love to see other people share in the replies what they've done. Include pictures, share your thoughts on how your lights have worked out, which light pattern, or anythign else you can tell us. Help the rest of us spend money on lights!

Thanks for the tag! I'm sure this will help folks in the future. Aside from reducing the holes to fit the baja lights, I also cut 2" off the sides of the bumper and re-plated them. This was done so that the bumper flowed perfectly with my fender trim.

@BVita Did a light delete and cut 2" off the sides of the bumper.

Nice, I'll be following along with this thread. Got my ATH high clearance bumper installed this summer, but haven't pulled the trigger on lights yet.

Thanks again for sharing! Looks like you have the Squadron Pro lights...what pattern are those, work/scene? I think I'm leaning that way, my use case will be for lighting up a campsite or having more light for things like backing up or recovery on the trail. Any comments on your usage, beam pattern, brightness, if you would do it again, etc?

I have the work/scene lights and they are super bright at camp. Most of the time the output is dimmed via the switchpro because of how much light they put out.

I should add that the Diode Dynamics SS3 flush mount lights are now a direct fit. The opening was modified just a few weeks ago, so all new orders shipped will be able to run those lights if they want to.
