I originally put my 10' light bar here. I cut the lower black bumper and used a step bit to drill mounting holes in the crush bumper.

There should be a hole going through your frame, top to bottom. I got some really long bolts and bent some aluminum flat bar to make a bracket. Mark, measure, cut, drill. Throw some washers on the bottom and you should be done. 1 hour tops excluding the wiring. My bar is 20" by the way.1013171824.jpg 1020171813.jpg
Edit: no need to remove any part of the bumper either.

I like the valance ideas a lot. We have to keep our front damn plates here in Texas so went a different direction. Fabbed up some iron mounts behind my @HomerTaco Mesh Grille (work of art BTW). Just another option for you.

I know right, it sux. Just for your info, i had a BAMF behind the grille 1st Gen bar for two Baja Pods and it worked great. This new Rigid Amber bar is much bigger/beefier so had to fab a couple mounts and move the horn, etc. Not bad but didnt expect it.

Highly recommend the BAMF bar and the Homer Grille. Both solid products.

I just have a wiring running from the corner running light to the open slot on the bumper lights... Not really a fog...more of a running light
