More importantly, do you have a sawzall? :p

Seriously though, there are guys that run 35-37 tires with only a 3" lift... but its gonna rub, your gonna have to cut a lot, hammer a lot, even then your still gonna rub. When you actually stuff the tires its gonna be even worse. Even with a larger lift your gonna need to do a lot of chopping and hammering and you will still rub. There's tons of info on these forums if you search. You can make it happen, its just a matter of how much you want it.

And remember that lift height doesn't necessarily equate to clearance of larger tires. Because when the suspension moves and the tires move towards the wheel well its basically the same whether you have no lift or a 6".

Sitting static and not moving a lift will help clear larger tires, I'll give yah that.

I didn't look all the way through this thread but at 15 pages it might be a good starting point for yah:

I'd personally love to do 35's just for the look of it but I don't wanna go through the trouble cuz then I'd definitely have to re-gear.

    Still...
I think his name is Emergency Tacoma because he’ll get a mile up the road before his trans over heats and he needs emergency roadside assistance

Yes but itll still be a pig with tires that size and he’d never get stock longevity out of it.
