Lets see them! I'm getting a 2.5 bilstein lift kit soon and am thinking of running 33s on it.

OME 883s w/ front and rear nitroshocks. AAL in the rear will be replaced by a full leaf pack someday...

How are all of you guys storing a spare if you keep it under the bed, that's my question :anonymous:

By storing a 32 as a spare. Lol. One day I'll get a dual bed tire carrier and look for a couple 33 spares. Seeing as I have 2 matching spare rims. Kinda last on priorities. For when she's officially ready for overlanding and might actually NEED an extra spare.

I have a 285/70r17 which is almost a 33 - more than a 32. It doesn't fit unless I mess with the brackets. It's hitting the driver's shackle bolt which could be cut down if need be. On the other side it's getting close to the exhaust. If I can get a good method of storing a 32 I might ditch my CBI swingout and go with a simple fabbed rear bumper - it's debatable though - even with a good space for the spare under the bed it seems a swingout would be nicer when needing to change a tire in a weird situation off road.

I like a couple (more than that, but would like to copy them) of your mods - the turn markers in the panel under the headlights and the exhaust which would make storing the 33 under the bed much easier. I'm thinking about it. If I can find some parts to have someone weld up I can do the rest I think in terms of cutting the hole in the bedside and putting a piece of metal surrounding it - was there anything that's more than meets the eye with that routing? Clean build man

Damn... Every time I convince myself that 255/85's are the way to go, I keep coming back to x12.50's

Honestly I couldn't say. I had a high end performance shop do the entire install. And they did a phenomenal job. It's tucked up real nice and out of the way. They did mandrel bend it so that kinda helps a ton I would think, especially getting the angles for the rear pipe pictured here, from the muffler, up and around the frame, and to the bedside. That'll Probly be your trickiest task, bending that.

That's what was just on there. Some maxxis big horns. It is a perfect in between. After much reading I thought I was gonna go tall and skinny. Switch it up. Still up in the air.
