Im gonna get some Wet Okoles sometime this week and wanted to see what all color combos you guys have in your Tacomas. Im torn between black/black, black/charcoal, and black/grey, and hoping some of you have these combos so i can see what they look like. Also wondering if you can have the Tacoma wordmark put on them? Let me know also how youre liking them, lets see em!

Keep in mind these are made of wetsuit material and after they get wet, oftentimes you can never get the bad smell out.

Picked up a set of front seat covers. I didn’t want to wait 1 month for a custom order so I purchased what was in stock. Black and carbon fiber. Very satisfied with the purchase, they’re holding up to the sun and sand on the Big Island. AF513B9B-C2AA-43CF-B67B-28EAA64CAE06.jpg

The manufacture sells cleaning and protector solutions for the wet suit material. I haven't had to used it myself yet, but Id imagine it works well, because well thats what they do.. Bigger issue imo is the "swamp" factor when you jump into the hot seat that doesn't breathe

I went with the charcoal color (#11) inside and am very happy. #11 is almost an exact match to the 2nd gen gray cloth interior. Ill dig up some photos for ya this evening

Also they are willing to work with you on custom logos. Send them an email and ask about the catalog of custom logos they have, or if you have something specific in mind they might be able to print that too

I will try to get a pic but i love wet okoles. I get them in standard black with light gray inside areas. On my tacoma, i have a mountain and 4x4 mark on the top of the backrest cover. I like the lighter color- easier to clean and contrasts with the black interior otherwise. i have never had issues with them getting wet and smelling afterwords. I rarely have to clean my seats though. If i do, i use tough stuff and it cleans up real nice.

i still have the oem seat covers on my 2007 xterra- bought them back in 2007 with the truck and i use tough stuff after beach trips etc. No smells wit those either. Maybe that one poster just stinks? Ass sweat. LOL.

Got black on black with Tacoma imprinted on the front seats to break up the black. Never had an issue with smell other then the first couple days with them before the aired out. I’m in the ocean 3-5 times a week. I spray them every couple months or so. They are holding up great.

My current set of W.O's are 6 years old w/ no issues. Black on Black. Dog & all outdoor activities mud, road salt, my landscaping business has not hurt them one bit. Seats are perfect underneath. If you have a problem, they can replace individual panels. I have had them in 3 trucks all bought here through group buys. I no longer get them with piping because it will tear and pill up if you keep them a long time from getting in and out.

My brother in law has had his out of his Xterra and has put them through the wash half dozen times with no ill effects. Going on five years with them and they still look andnew. Light washes are no problem if you want to freshen them up.

Anyone now how they do with the leather seats? The black leather on the Tacoma is HOT. I had some synthetic 'leather' in the 4Runner which was awesome!

A few of my friends have them and they are fine. They are decently thick.

I purchased my black on black Okole covers back in 2007 for my FJ. When I traded in the Cruiser 3 months ago I removed the covers and was PISSED. The seats looked brand new! And after 12 years of sweat and wet retrievers you would have thought they would have not fared so well. So when the Taco arrived I thought that the seats were very similar and to my surprise the FJ covers fit perfectly, with the exception of the back seat headrest only the middle one fits because on the FJ all three are the smaller size. All I needed to do was wash them and order a new drivers seat bottom which was badly worn. So all in all some of the best "mod" money I've ever spent because it sure helped with trade in value, preformed EXACTLY as advertised. Oh and in trying to keep on topic I would suggest being very sure in your color choice... you may be sitting on them for a long while.
