Threw on some Christmas lights last night. Looped a multi color 100 light string around the border of the tonneau cover and then a 6ft x 4ft multi color net with 150 bulbs to cover the middle of the tonneau cover. Pretty happy with how it came out actually.

The best part is if you haven’t done the 400 watt anytime mod yet your truck will still handle the two strings together. It comes out to 102 watts but works perfectly fine on my truck while driving.

Let’s see what other great ideas and decorations the rest of the Tacoma community has come up with for this holiday season!

edit: first picture was before I put the net in the middle.

12v always on power point mod, tailgate anti-theft, Addl bed tiedowns, flyzeye dash lights, map lites with dome lite mod, bed stiffeners, air bags, brake controller, always on fog lights,
Against the law here for any lights lights seen from the rear to be anything but red or amber (turn signals). Looks good on your truck, though!

Maybe so, but written and enforced are usually different. It’s just for the holiday season then they will come off obv. Iv passed many police officers so far not once an issue. I like them and everybody else seems to enjoy them as well.

Living in WA, I can tell you no officer will care when the lights are that small and comparatively dim. If you had huge red and green lights or something it would be different.

is that a cover for your light bar up top? Do you like it? I’m guessing it helps keep the light nice from rocks and road grime and stuff like that. How is it with washing the truck and the elements and what not? Maybe you have a link for who makes it. I like that.

I agree. I really can’t see it being an issue personally. They are clearly distinguishable from the trucks signal lights.

That's a prinsu rack, no light bar behind it.

Oh my bad. I looked at it quickly and it kinda looked like a leather cover over something. I see it now lol. Whoops
