Let’s see your 18 inch wheels

Looking at getting the toytec 3” lift on my ‘16 with 18x9 -12 offset fuel coupler wheels. Also thinking 285/65/18 or 285/60/18 BFG KO2s. Let’s see your setups with the 18 inch wheels.

 

Most everyone here will have 16” and 17” which are factory size rims as you know.

I’d reconsider the 18” rims, may look a little odd like big SUV rims on a medium size truck.

18x9 Black Rhino Glammis. Still plenty of tire and does not look too big. Some of the 18’s look weird, especially when they have a huge Center cap.

 

wheels: 18x9 ION Alloy wheels style 135 in gunmetal
tires: 275/70/18 mastercraft courser MT (equivalent 33x10.50)
3" lift no rubbing

 

What offset did you go with. I’m getting 275/65/18. Wana choose the best possible. Any rubbing on yours?

Really? I heard -12 you would rub for sure!
My options are a +20 or a +1. Thoughts?

 

I installed all by myself. Got Camburg for UCA and set it as instructed with 3 threads showing. Front I got Icon coilovers 700#.

 

i ran 18x9.5 for awhile.

I like the OEM wheels and one day a lift and larger tires. I wouldn't think that these stock wheels would have any limits. What do you all think?

Limit would be width of the tire, but that’s it

 

These are the (non stock) wheels that were on the truck when I bought it new.

Have since gotten a nice clean set of 16x7 oem black steelies (from a 99 4runner), and plan on switching as soon as these tires are worn.

Was never 100% happy with the 18's fwiw.
