I have a 2000 SR5. The negative camber on both front wheels they said that 0.8 on the right and 0.6 on the left. The cam were adjusted all the way out. Is there a place I can purchase new cams that adjust the camber more? Thanks for the help

You need adjustable UCA's to get it to zero.

With what lift? I don't think the alignment guy knows what he's doing. I've never had an issue running 2.5" lift on stock UCAs

Yeah i dont think he knew what he was doing either. I had an issue with shwab trying to align one of my trucks once too. Took it to another place and dropped it off, sat around for a bit and they handed me the keys and i was off and runnin. Nothing was ever said about not being able to align the truck properly....

Thanks for the replies guys my truck is all stock up front I just paid 1500 to have the ball joints done and rack and pinion replaced. The shop recommended that I have it aligned. I watched the guy he showed me the adjustment lobe/cam was all the way out. Here is a stock picture of a four runner. Are there new adjusters that I can buy rather replace the UCA's. Thanks again guys

I had a recall on my 04 Tacoma for ball joint replacement so I got mine replaced for free back in 2011. But I'm getting both CV axles, both front bearings and the rack & pinion replaced. Was supposed to be today but now it got moved till tomorrow.

Wonder if there was a recall on the 2000 tacoma. This is the second time I have had the ball joints and rack replaced. I've got 290000 original miles on the original engine and trans. I did have a revtech kit like 2" in the front and 3" in the back by les schwab ten years ago just a leveling kit but no suspension replacement. In the picture it shows the lobe. and there are guides on the sides. Are there aftermarket lobes that are more offset that can buy that can bring my camber back to positive? Or am I stuck with replacing the UCA's

The OPs question was about adjusting for camber, not caster. Aftermarket UCAs like the ones you are showing do not help directly with camber. They do add caster but that isn't where his problem is.

I am guessing your alignment tech was referring to the cam adjusters on the LCA. They do get frozen or the bushing they ride in get worm over time. Replacing them or the whole lower control arm is the fix in these situations.

Yes Digi you got it! so most likely the bushing is worn out. The guy a Les schwab said maybe I was in a accident but I was not. Where is a good place to buy new bushings and or lower arms?

The only stock length LCAs will be OEM.

As for bushing replacement only, I have read the stock ones are not worth replacing with OEM bushing. Here is a link to an interesting thread on this topic. For your situation, it is worthy of a review.
