Legally parking on the curved road?

Does drivers manual or any vehicle & traffic laws have anything about NOT parking on the curve of the road?

If parked vehicle on the curve was side swiped or rear-ended, who is at fault?

no, no space. Actually, if anyone will have to pass parked car he will have to cross over to opposite lane.
